These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of magicmilk.com(the “Site”) and your purchase of magic milk® products. The Site is operated by Fasted Athlete, LLC (“magic milk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from this Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

2. Products, pricing & availability

We do our best to display our products, ingredients, and prices accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without authorization.

3. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation or ship your product. All payments are processed through secure third-party processors; see our Secure Shopping page for details on how your payment information is protected.

4. Shipping

Free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with typical delivery in 2–5 business days. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

5. Returns & refunds

We stand behind all of our products. If you're not satisfied, email us and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked — and you don't need to send the product back. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to start a refund.

magic milk® is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
