The fine print.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of magicmilk.com(the “Site”) and your purchase of magic milk® products. The Site is operated by Fasted Athlete, LLC (“magic milk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from this Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

2. Products, pricing & availability

We do our best to display our products, ingredients, and prices accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without authorization.

3. Orders & payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation or ship your product. All payments are processed through secure third-party processors; see our Secure Shopping page for details on how your payment information is protected.

4. Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save is an automatically renewing subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription price shown at checkout (currently $35.96 for one jar), plus any applicable tax, every month, and to ship one jar each month. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.

How to cancel. You can cancel or pause online at any time before your next renewal date through Manage subscription, linked in the footer of every page. You don't need to call or email us, but you can also cancel by emailing hello@magicmilk.com. Cancelling stops future charges. Shipments already sent are covered by our 30-day guarantee in section 6.

Price changes.If we change the subscription price, we'll email you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before you are charged the new price, and you can cancel before then.

5. Shipping

Free shipping on all orders to addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico. Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days through Amazon fulfillment or USPS, and most arrive within 1 to 5 business days after they ship. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

6. Returns & refunds

We stand behind all of our products. If you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund, and you don't need to send the product back. On Subscribe & Save, the 30 days applies to each shipment. Purchases made on Amazon or TikTok Shop follow that store's return policy. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to start a refund.

7. Health & product disclaimer

magic milk® is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Individual results may vary.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including the magic milk® name, logo, wordmark, text, graphics, photography, and design, is owned by or licensed to Fasted Athlete, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fasted Athlete, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
