Seriously. There's no need to ship the product back to us. All we ask is that you tell us why magic milk didn't love you back — your honest feedback helps us make it better for the next person.

How to start a refund

• Email hello@magicmilk.com with the name and email used on your order (and your order number, if you have it handy).
• Tell us briefly what didn't work for you.
• We'll process your refund to the original payment method. Banks typically post refunds within a few business days.

Orders bought elsewhere

Bought magic milk on Amazon or TikTok Shop? Those orders are handled under that marketplace's return policy. Email us anyway if you hit a snag — we'll help you sort it out.
