This Privacy Policy explains how Fasted Athlete, LLC (“magic milk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit magicmilk.comor check out at shop.magicmilk.com (together, the “Site”), or buy from us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Order & contact information: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number when you place an order, subscribe, enter a giveaway, or contact us.
  • Payment information: handled by Shopify Payments and our payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
  • Device & usage information: browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you use the Site, including clicks, scrolling, and recordings of your interactions with Site pages, collected through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.
  • Reviews & messages: anything you choose to send us, such as a product review or a support email.

How we use your information

  • To process, fulfill, and ship your orders and manage any subscription.
  • To communicate with you about orders, shipping, and customer support.
  • To send marketing emails when you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To measure and improve the Site, our products, and our advertising.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with the service providers who help us run the business:

  • Shopify, which runs our store, checkout, payments, and Shop Pay.
  • Seal Subscriptions, which manages Subscribe & Save orders.
  • Klaviyo, which sends our email.
  • Judge.me, which sends review requests and displays reviews.
  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners (Amazon fulfillment and USPS), which deliver your order.
  • Analytics providers (Google Analytics, PostHog, and Vercel), which help us understand how the Site is used.
  • Advertising partners (Meta, TikTok, and Google), which receive information about visits and purchases through pixels and server connections so we can measure and improve our ads.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Advertising & your choices

Under some state laws, sharing information with advertising partners for targeted ads can count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out by choosing “Decline” in the cookie banner, which turns off our analytics and ad pixels in that browser, or by emailing hello@magicmilk.com. You can also adjust ad settings directly with Meta and Google, or use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and measure ads. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the Site may not work as well without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them to fulfill orders and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states or the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@magicmilk.com. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

Data security

We protect your information using SSL encryption and AES-256 standards, and our checkout is PCI-DSS compliant. See our Secure Shopping page for details. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use industry best practices to safeguard your data.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
