Form 1990-R · Product Registration

Register
your jar.

Registration is not required. The jar works either way. But The Company likes to know where its jars are, and registered owners receive the memos first, plus early votes on what The Company does next.

Registration card · complete in ink

Warranty: the jar will be a jar.

No purchase necessary. A purchase will, however, be noted.

Allow 6-8 weeks for a feeling of completeness.

Filing this card subscribes your email to the occasional Company memo. That is the whole mechanism. Unsubscribe anytime; the jar keeps working.
